6-7 potatoes small, purple or yellow - don't use bakers
1/2 cup yogurt non-fat
black pepper fresh, ground
2-10 cloves garlic
Boil potatoes (don’t peel) 20 min or so. Should be soft enough to put fork in easily. Drain. Throw in big bowl with yogurt. Add some pepper and crushed garlic. Mash it up and eat.
