Blue Corn Bread

Ingredients

Blend together in large bowl:
2 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup butter melted
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
Add:
2 cups corn meal blue
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour whole wheat
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

Blend together in large bowl:  eggs, milk, buttermilk, melted butter, and honey or maple syrup

Add the other ingredients.

Mix Well.

Pour batter into well oiled pan and bake 35-40 minutes in preheated 350 oven.  Keep checking so cornbread doesn’t burn.  Cool before slicing.
