Hamburgers in Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

1 pound beef ground
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
dash pepper
1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
1 package onion soup dry
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons flour
2 cup liquid from mushrooms and water
1 can mushrooms

Combine the meat with eggs, crumbs and seasonings and 1/2 the soup mix.  Shape into patties and fry.  Remove browned hamburgers.  Add flour to pan and stir while it browns.  Blend in liquid till smooth.  Stir in rest of soup & mushrooms; cook 5 mins.  Return meat to mix and cook slowly for five minutes.
