3 heads garlic large
olive oil
4 potatoes large, baking
salt
“I’m the greatest cook, ever!”
Bake three heads of garlic in 350 oven for 45 minutes or until soft. Squeeze roasted garlic into bowl and mash with fork to smooth. Add 3 T Olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Tear of 4 sheets of aluminum foil to wrap each potato. Slice potatoes in 1/4″ slices, keeping each potato together. Spread garlic mix on one side of each side and reassemble each potato. Wrap potatoes in foil sheets and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve and wait for raving to begin!
