Chicken with Artichokes

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts (skinned, boned, bite sized)
1 can artichoke hearts 17 oz. (drained)
1/2 cup shallots (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup white wine
2 cups mushrooms sliced
1 tablespoon flour

Brown chicken in butter, take out.  Saute artichoke adding butter as needed, take out.  Saute mushrooms, shallots and garlic.  Return chicken and artichokes to pan.  Season to taste.  Add wine.  Simmer until chicken is tender.  Remove everything and thicken juices with flour and pour over everything.  Serve!
