The neat part with this drink is the apple foam you make here, otherwise it is just some real tasty apple juice.  Add a couple spoons of sugar and cinnamon to the cider and dissolve it well.  Then add the egg white and a fair amount of bitters and froth like mad.  They say to take the whisk and use it like you are a kid making a fire with sticks.  This is good fun, but don’t wear any good clothes.  Now, put your vodka, apfelkorn (don’t skimp and pick up that foul green apple schnapps they sell right next to it – the good german stuff is not too much more and you will thank me later), cider (again don’t skimp and buy that “apple juice” they put out for kids – real cider is not clear), and guava juice (not hard to find – it’s in the mexican section, usually made by the good people at goya).  Stir and top with the foam.  Maybe top with a little cinnamon for that “I know how to make drinks” look.  They’ll go wild.
