Easy GF Pancakes

Ingredients

2 cups oats gluten free
1 1/4 cups almond milk vanilla
1 banana large, ripe
a good amount cinnamon
a pretty good shot honey
pinch salt
a fair splash vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg large

(that you will like even if you are not GF)

Really easy.  Add everything except the egg to a blender and run till it’s smooth.  Add the egg and pulse just till it’s blended.  Make your cakes as usual and slather with butter and syrup.  Guilt free.
