Combine the dry items on the left there in a big bowl and make a little well in the middle. Separately mix the oil and water together (it’s like oil and water) and pour it into the well. Stir until it sticks together into a ball. Put yer doughball on a lightly floured surface and now comes the fun part: knead the bastard until she is nice and smooth and your hands cramp up and then knead her some more. You will need to save up some anger to really do this properly. Place the dough in a big bowl coated with cooking spray, and turn the dough so it all gets coated. Cover and let it rise in a warm place (85) for about 45 minutes or until doubled in bulk. Punch dough down and divide in half. Let dough rest 10 minutes and then you can either freeze it for later or toss it around like you are a pizza man and she gets round and flat. Put ‘er on a baking sheet or pizza stone covered with cornmeal and bake about 10 minutes. Of course, you can also cook ’em on the grill for even better results.
