Preheat oven to 400 degree and lightly grease small baking sheet with vegetable oil. Trim base of cauliflower and remove green leaves and woody stem. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, lime zest and juice, and all seasonings. Dunk cauliflower in the bowl and brush marinade evenly over its surface. Place cauliflower on baking sheet and roast until surface is dry and lightly browned, 30-40 minutes. Marinade will form crust. Use excess marinade on meat fish or vegetables–keep for 3 days.
