12-18 mushrooms fresh, whole - wash, pat dry, de-stem
8 ounces cream cheese with green onions & chives
1/4 cup mozzarella shredded
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (or more), grated
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic
Melt butter and roll caps in butter then dip in parmesan cheese. Mix together cream cheese and spices and spoon into caps. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake for a few minutes before serving.
