Ingredients

3/4 cup brown sugar firmly packed
3/4 cup sugar white
1/2 cup paprika
1/4 cup salt kosher, Morton's
1/4 cup garlic powder
2 tablespoons black pepper ground
2 tablespoons ginger powder ground
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 teaspoons rosemary powder

(Dry Rub for Beef, Chicken, Pork…)

Mix together.  Use a teaspoon or so on each side of the meat.  Let it sit for a few minutes to overnight.  For much more info see
