Ingredients
1 box cake mix (white)
1 box pistachio pudding (instant)
1 cup oil
3 eggs
1 cup club soda
1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans)
Frosting
1 box pistachio pudding
1 1/4 cup milk cold
1 carton Cool Whip (small)
Cake: Mix together good. Pour into a 9 x 12 pan. Bake 350 F for 40 min. Cool and frost.
Frosting: Beat until thick. Fold in a carton of Cool Whip (small). Keep in refrigerator.
