Ingredients

100 grams parmesan cheese
various toppings

Equipment

  • 1 fine cheese grater
  • 1 mixing bowl
  • 1 baking tray
  • 1 silicon baking mat or baking parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200℃/400℉ and line a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicon baking mat.
  2. Grate parmesan cheese into a bowl. Use the fine setting.
    Place small handfuls of cheese (around 1 tablespoon) onto the lined tray and put the end of the stick in the middle. Cover with a little more cheese so it melts over it and keeps it in place.
  3. Put a small pinch of toppings/flavorings onto the cheese discs.
  4. Bake the parmesan lollipops for 3-4 minutes, until crispy and bubbling.
  5. Allow to cool on the tray or remove to a cooling rack with a palette knife after a minute or two.

  • 1 teaspoon dried chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon peppercorns
