Keto Nachos

If you love Nachos as much as Jordon does, you are left with a gap when you are not eating carbs. Jordon created this fun alternative that met our needs. The surprise is they are easy and delicious!!

Ingredients

1/2 lb. Canadian bacon thinly sliced
cheese shredded (anything you like)
sour cream
tomatoes diced
salsa

Heat up your Air Fryer to 500. Spread out a single layer of Canadian Bacon slices in the basket of the fryer, set timer to 10 minutes. Check on the bacon and turn it over every 3 minutes. The goal is to get it nice and crispy, but not burned. Continue this process until all of the bacon is nice and crisp.

Heat oven to 375. Spread out the bacon on a sheet pan, in one layer. Sprinkle the cheese on evenly. (Use as much cheese as you like.) Put the pan in the oven for about 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 

Scoop the ‘Nachos’ off the pan and onto a serving platter. Sprinkle the tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa over everything.
