1 avocado ripe
1 teaspoon lemon juice fresh
1/4 cup mayonnaise organic
2 pinches salt
Place all ingredients in bowl of food processor. Puree till smooth and creamy. Store in fridge 3 to 4 days. Serve on burgers or chicken, as veggie dip.
