Pick out 3 C. whole big berries – add 10x sugar and let stand 1 hour. Crush remaining 1 C. smaller berries and cook withwater about 2 minutes. Sieve. Mix cornstarch and 10x sugar. Stir into berry juice. Cook gently till clear stirring. Add red color. Fill 8″ shell w/ berries. Pour hot sauce over. Cool. Top w/ cream.
