1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter softened
1 tablespoon and 1 1/2 teaspoons mayonnaise light
1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh (add MUCH more if you like)
1/8 teaspoon basil dried
1/8 teaspoon black pepper ground
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon celery salt
1 pound tilapia filets

I recommend using the sawdust type of parmesan. It works a little better than shredded because it melts faster.
