- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ramen noodles and pecans; cook 10 min or until lightly browned. Stir them a lot because they will burn. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Combine ramen noodles, pecans, salad greens, strawberries, blueberries and red onion in a large bowl.
- Combine balsamic, sugar sesame oil, curry powder, salt and red pepper (optional) in a small bowl stirring well with a whisk.
- Pour dressing over salad mixture, toss well.
