Ingredients

1 package jello lemon
1 cup water boiling
1 cup pineapple juice canned
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup pineapple crushed (drained)
1 cup carrots grated
1/3 cup pecan meats finely ground

Dissolve jello in boiling water.  Add pineapple juice, vinegar and salt.  Chill.  When slightly thick, add pineapple, carrots and nuts.  Chill till set.
