1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Here is where you’ll be glad you let those bananas thaw a bit.
3. It will be the consistency of soft serve ice cream. If you want it harder, just put in a container and put in the freezer for an hour before serving.
4. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
5. Enjoy without the belly full of regret or belly pain of ice cream!
