Honey Popovers

Ingredients

1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons honey (as desired)
1 tablespoon butter melted
2 eggs large

oven temp. 425

Sift flour and salt together.  Add butter, milk, and honey to flour and mix together.  Beat in eggs.  Fill each tin a little less than half full.  Bake 30 minutes or until top and sides are brown.  Yield 8-12.  Serve with butter, jelly or jam.
