Kale and Sunflower Seed Pesto

Ingredients

2 cloves garlic minced
2 cups kale leaves, chopped
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 cup sunflower seeds toasted
1 1/2 ounces parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup olive oil extra virgin

  1. Microwave garlic for 5 seconds, mince
  2. In food processor, pulse ingredients until finely ground.
