Martha’s Egg Nog

Ingredients

12 eggs fresh
1 1/2 cups sugar super fine
1 quart milk whole
1 quart heavy cream
3 cups bourbon
1/2 cup rum dark
2 cups cognac

Beat 12 yolks in big bowl with 1 1/2 c. super fine sugar until creamy.  Add milks, add booze.  Refrigerate 2-3 days.

Beat 12 egg whites until stiff, add 3 tbsp. super fine sugar & 1 tbs vanilla.  Then beat 1/2 qt heavy creme with 2 tsp sugar.

Immerse whites into nog, gently.  Then dollop creme on top.  Grate nutmeg on top.  1 serving per person!
