Michelle’s White Chili

Ingredients

1 8oz package cream cheese light
1 jar salsa your choice, but the green Xochitl brand salsa seems to give it a nice zip - whatever you like
1 1/2 lbs. turkey ground (you can use beef if you prefer, of course)
4 cans white beans cannellini, navy, great northern, whatever you like or have on hand

Brown ground meat (can be done in instapot or on stove).  Drain.

Drain and rinse beans.

Add beans and salsa to pot.

If its an instapot, set for 15 mins.  On the stove, cook for a while.

Cube cream cheese and add to pot.  Cook till cheese is melted in.

Add liquid to get desired consistency.

That’s it.  Delicious.

Great for freezing and bringing out on a cold day.
