Mini Quiche

Ingredients

Crust
3 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
Innards
4 eggs
1 cup half and half
salt
pepper
nutmeg
Additives
bits o' cheese
veggies
bacon (yech)
(anything goes)

Chuck all the crust stuff into a mixer and let her go for a while (till smooth).  Mix innards in separate bowl.  Form crusts into one of those cute mini muffin pans.  Now are the additives – just a little, don’t get carried away.  Then fill each to the top w/ the innard mix.  Bake @ 350 for 20 min or till tops just get hint of brown.
