1 1/2 ounces sake (a generous shot)
4 ounces egg nog quality
nutmeg fresh
This is REAL simple but surprisingly tasty. A great idea for the nog holdouts. Chill down your sake real well on ice in a shaker. Add the nog and nutmeg and shake till its nearly foamy. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with nutmeg. Experiment with sake and nog varieties as you see fit. If they still don’t like the nog, you may as well give up at this point.
