Ingredients

6 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
20 slices beef chipped, (diced)
toast cups (see below)

Melt butter in sauce pan add flour and work into a paste.  Add milk and stir until thick and creamy.  Add beef and pour over toast cups.  Enjoy!
