Squash & Spinach

Ingredients

1 squash butternut or acorn, small, peeled and chopped into 1" cubes.
1 tablespoon ginger fresh, grated
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon red pepper crushed
1/2 bunch spinach fresh

Steam squash until tender.  (15 min?)  Heat oil gently in big saute pan.  Add squash, spinach and red pepper; warm through until spinach wilts.
