Ingredients
Crust:
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Topping:
1 pint strawberries fresh or frozen
4 tablespoons corn starch
8 ounces cream cheese soft
1 can milk eagle brand
1/4 cup lemon juice
Melt butter, add sugar and flour, mix well. Put crust in pizza pan or pie pan. Bake at 325 till brown. Cool.
Place strawberries and cornstarch in pan and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add red food coloring until desired red. Set aside and cool. Combine cream cheese, milk, lemon juice and mix well. Spread over crust. Top with berries. Chill.
