- Dip chops in egg white, then dredge in panko.
- Heat oil, add pork. Cook 4 min. per side, or until done. Remove, sprinkle w/ salt.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add ginger, cook 30 sec. Combine broth and next 4 ingred, whisk. Add to pan to deglaze. Stir in green onions.
- Spoon over pork.
